employees chosen to participate the Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program.

He has already started his assignment with the SBA’s Office of Field Operations in Washington D.C. and will work with district offices across the nation. He keeps his local job during this training.

The federal Office of Personnel Management developed the program to train future leaders for government agencies at a time that 67% of agency supervisors and managers will be eligible for retirement within the next five years.
