This is a disaster of a company…
$6 delivery fee, 5% service fee, and a 15% tip automatically included. You wait up to 2 hours and the food is delivered cold. Call to complain and they will only refund the $6 delivery fee.
Who uses this services anymore? I’d rather order online direct from the restaurant and not pay 3rd party . See Eat24Hours.com this is the best way to order food http://eat24hours.com/
checked out eat24hours.com and they were very limited and referred me to restraunts in Irvine even though I put in a Santa Ana zip code.
2 thumbs down to siliconV and a poor referral.
unfortunatly Jon seems to have their number. Its too pricey and warm delivery isin’t guaranteed. not a great biz model, but folks are still using the service and the biz is growing. Maybe you don’t actually have to give the people what they want and they will still be happy?
With all the businesses that have gone under in the region, I am surprised ROTR is still in business today. Hmm, what do you know?…
This company will first of all go broke by 2011. All their assets will be liquidated to nothing. Who wan’t to pay someone to do something they can do.
What’s next, wipe my A** service’. This is insane only in O.C. where fat lazy white people live, and the little children are brought up on a social rat race town. I don’t want my food cold, and be charged extra. This is a horrible choice as a consumer.
