Forterus Healthcare, a division of Forterus Inc. in Huntington Beach has acquired Solutions 4 Recovery, a drug and alcohol treatment center in Dana Point.
The acquisition is expected to close Feb. 1. Terms were not disclosed.
It is the second behavioral health care acquisition Forterus has made in the past six months. It previously bought A Better Tomorrow Treatment Center Inc.
Once the acquisition is closed, Forterus Healthcare will operate one of the largest drug and alcohol treatment programs in Southern California.
