“TCA offers the critical early-stage capital that budding entrepreneurs need to realize their dreams and offers the expertise and support of its members in order to improve their chances for success,” Mohasseb said. “The formula is simple: Find good people and good ideas, provide them with that funding and expertise they need to succeed and, as investors, join the founders on the inside.”
Mohasseb said that as TCA-OC president he will focus on four initiatives:
- increased outreach to dedicated entrepreneurs with a good idea
- assistance to the growth of every portfolio company
- aid to portfolio companies in finding additional capital as they mature
- building relationships with Southern California corporations to identify strategic relationships between them and TCA portfolio companies.
